Polly Pigtails is a limited-edition club doll for the Madame Alexander Doll Club from 1990. This little doll is wearing a white dotted Swiss dress trimmed with pale blue ribbon over a light-yellow underskirt with white socks and blue side snap shoes. She has the most adorable freckles, and two braids tied with pale yellow ribbon. A wide brim "straw" hat with pale yellow ribbon completes her costume. She is also wearing a small pendant for the Madame Alexander Club.
